Millions of people from all walks of life use cannabis, whether medically or for recreation. Many of them are parents. They are not out on the street corner or in a back alley getting high, they are living their lives and taking care of their responsibilities.
Take the women in the video below, for example. If you saw them in the grocery store, would you think they used cannabis every day?
These women have chosen a safer, less addictive way to medicate and treat their ailments. Technically, they are considered criminals in many states and by the federal government. Should these women be in jail?
Or is it time for us to seriously reconsider what our definition of a “criminal” is?
