The “High” Judge?
Joe | Sep 17, 2012 | Comments 1
Judge James H. Allamong Jr., a substitute judge in Virginia, was sentenced to thirty days in jail recently after being caught growing marijuana on his property. The judge said he needed to grow 41 plants for personal use.
People from all walks of life can benefit from legal medical marijuana, even someone who is a judge. Ailments and illness do not discriminate, and neither does cannabis discriminate when it comes to who it can help. It’s just a shame that people in most states still have no legal protections at all when it comes to medical marijuana.
