Cops, Prosecutors, And Judges Endorse Amendment 64 In Colorado

The organization Law Enforcement Against Prohibition – made up of former and current law enforcement officials nationwide – is endorsing Colorado’s Amendment 64, which would legalize and regulate marijuana in a manner similar to alcohol.
People from all walks of life can see the disaster prohibition has become, and the momentum is clearly with those who seek prohibition’s end. An abysmal policy that has cost trillions of dollars in resources and lost tax revenues and has seen millions of lives and families destroyed will not stand much longer.
Colorado could very well become the first state (or among the first two or three) to begin taking major steps toward dismantling the apparatus of prohibition and replacing it with freedom for adults to make their own choices as long as they are not infringing on the rights of others.
