The campaign behind Amendment 64 in Colorado – a ballot measure to legalize and regulate marijuana in a manner similar to alcohol – has released a new television ad in an attempt to sway voters this November.

Armed with solid poll numbers and a lot of money, Amendment 64 looks like it has a good chance of passing this fall. A state actually passng a big marijuana law reform measure like Amendment 64 will do a lot to embolden other activists around the country.
