Gary Johnson On Why You Should Vote Libertarian

In the 2012 Presidential election, only one candidate on the ballot in all 50 states will be talking about the need to reform marijuana laws in this country: Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson. It’s not like Obama and Romney are going to debate how closely they think when it comes to medical marijuana.

But what are his views on other issues? Why should you vote Libertarian this fall instead of Democrat or Republican? Her from the man himself and decide.

Oh, don’t be sucked in by this.
During the prop 19 debates in California,
I ran into hundreds of libertarians who propagated against legalization claiming that it was some government ploy and California lost their chance to legalize because of this.
Plus, libertarianism is milton freedman style extremist capitalism and anti-regulation based ideology.
    It’s faux-liberalism at it’s worst.
Our best chances at legalization are the individual state level votes that are coming up this winter and if the libertarians propagate against this like they did with California
    I’ll be seriously angry.
I know a lot of people are going to hate me for saying this as per usual,
but please try to understand that I’m only trying to warn you about what I’ve already seen while fighting for legalization as a long time Marc Emery supporter.
I sure hope at least some people take the time to research this themselves if they don’t believe me.
You don’t have to take my word for it,
but at least ask around and find out for yourself.

Libertarianism is like riding a bicycle in San Francisco with no brakes.
