Will Detroit Voters Get To Decide On Marijuana Decriminalization?

The city of Detroit continues to battle to keep marijuana decriminalization off the ballot, now appealing “Coalition for a Safer Detroit’s” efforts to let voters decide the issue.
At stake is the decriminalization of an ounce or less of marijuana if it’s done by an adult on private property, something that would save numerous law enforcement resources and keep many young minorities out of jail.
Vote suppression is one of the hallmarks of tyranny.
