Steve Kubby Says Tommy Chong’s Cannabis Therapy Won’t Cure His Cancer

As many of you have heard by now, comedy legend and marijuana activist Tommy Chong has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. He says he is using hemp oil to treat the cancer, something we have addressed on The 420 Times before.
But some say the way Tommy is going about his treatment won’t work. Like cannabis activist Steve Kubby, who has survived adrenal cancer for almost 40 years through the use of cannabis. Earlier today Steve posted the following on his Facebook page:
“WHY TOMMY CHONG’S CANNABIS THERAPY WON’T WORK
My recovery from one of the deadliest forms of cancer, using only cannabis, is well documented by the Mayo Clinic and USC Medical Center. Unfortunately, the way Tommy is going about using cannabis to treat his cancer is inadequate. Whoever is advising him is guessing and giving bad advice. My 38 years of surviving adrenal cancer proves I know what I am talking about. My fear is that Tommy’s therapy will not work and people will give up on cannabis as a genuine treatment for killing cancer cells. Check out this story I wrote back in 2003 about using cannabis to kill cancer.
When asked by people in the comments section to elaborate on what he means, Steve said, “According to published reports, he is taking Simpson Oil at night. That is a great start, but hardly adequate. Instead, he should be saturating himself with cannabis 24/7 so that he has elevated levels of cannabinoids in his blood at all times.”
Tommy has told reporters that he only takes the oil at night so he is not “woozy all day,” but if Steve is right – and few have more experience with cannabis and cancer than Steve Kubby – being woozy is a small price to pay for ridding your body of a toxic cancer.
