Federal Medical Marijuana Crackdown Targets Well-Respected Dispensary In Sacramento, CA

The federal medical marijuana crackdown continues in California, this time targeting a dispensary in Sacramento that impressed a city councilman with its ”overall level of compassion and professionalism.”
The El Camino Wellness Center in Sacramento was subject to an early morning raid by federal agents on Monday, despite their stellar record.
El Camino Wellness was one of four dispensaries that had gone through the city’s stringent vetting process and is a state and locally sanctioned nonprofit, said Max Del Real, a cannabis industry lobbyist working for El Camino Wellness.
“The 80 percent of us Californians who support medical cannabis are disappointed (in the raids) and want some backing from the (Obama) administration to end this reefer madness,” Assemblyman Tom Ammiano (D) said in an emailed statement.
But it won’t end because Obama and his minions don’t care about patients or jobs or state laws. All Obama sees is the $ signs coming in his campaign coffers from the pharmaceutical companies for the great job he is doing protecting their profits as he forces patients to the black market to get their meds.
I don’t think this was the “change” Obama voters were looking for.
