Last week we told you about superstar rapper Wiz Khalifa being busted for marijuana in Nashville, TN. Now it seems he has been popped again, this time in North Carolina where Wiz was caught Tuesday night with over 11 grams of marijuana on his tour bus.

According to reports, Wiz was cited and released. He will have to return for a court date in the future.

One has to wonder whether police are just going to start searching Wiz’s tour bus whenever it rolls into a town. They know he’s likely to have weed. How much of Wiz’s future time is going to be devoted to being “cited and released?”

Wiz was caught in much the same way in North Carolina back in 2010 when police smelled marijuana smoke and then found weed on his tour bus. Wiz was cleared of felony charges in that case but plead guilty to misdemeanor possession charges.

In the future Wiz is going to have to keep his marijuana use on the DL, unless he wants to visit the police station of every town he does a show in until marijuana is legalized. It’s sad that so much time and police resources are wasted on a guy smoking weed on a bus and in hotel rooms, but those are the laws we are stuck with for now in most states.
