Magician and entertainer Penn Jillette recently went off on President Obama in a profanity-laced tirade about Obama’s policy on marijuana and the incredible stupidity of ruining people’e lives over marijuana.

And he makes an excellent point. Where would Barack Obama be right now if he had been busted for the marijuana he freely admits he smoked in his younger days? It’s doubtful he would be President because it’s doubtful his life would have taken the same track with a criminal record.

While Penn says he’s not that worried about hypocrisy, voters should be.
