While visiting my favorite collectives, I always like to really inspect my meds. Idrasil
Finally, as a patient there is medical cannabis pills that are standardized — no more guess work on how the effects will work this time or the next time. I have been really skeptical of most cannabis pills since they look like something home-brewed to say the least. With the Idrasil pills, each pill is exactly the same the next.  How do they do it? Pulse Glass
Our panel of experts & cannabis connoisseur’s were very excited to put Pulse glass to the test as soon as these two arrived at the office.  This is medicating luxury with art built-in! We put two of Pulse glass’s most popular pieces to work. The attention for the details is what sold us right off the bat; solid build, performance and of course, hit-ability.  The double shower-head stemless inline water pipe had to come first!  Perc crazy, splash guard, 2 shower-head percs with over 60 slits, horizontal stem in the body, which also percolates and makes this piece so entertaining to watch in action! Of course we used the ice pinch for the full effect cause we’re bosses.

Next was the Double Shower-head Nano, which is a perfect “daily hitter” for the patient that expects the best, which of course we do. Perfect size, with double S.H. Percs & splash guard. OK, I admit it. I had a football helmet that held two beers — so it was inevitable that I was also wanting to combine my two favorite things: toking and a cold beverage.

I discovered the Glacier Smoke Water Pipe Ice Holder by a chance meeting with an old friend — and the use of my cheap bong (hey, I have bills — not bills in my wallet).

Nothing says 420 like brownies do. Since we were hitting a party down south, we decided to go for something tasty and the folks at Brownie420.com were a big hit.

I like really chocolatey brownies and when I opened the chocolate part of the mix, I knew these were going to rich — and delicious. Their kit came with a really nice dark colored bottle for storing the essential “ingredient” and the directions couldn’t have been easier. I don’t really care what side or whether brownies come any the side of the dish — I just love brownies. I eat them warm, I eat the cold — I eat them.

Raw Rolling Papers
I believed that there was a conflict between material quality and material purity with rolling papers. I couldn’t find an organic hemp paper that burned up to par with what’s out there. Needless to say, I definitely did not expect to find one that burned better, but the raw organics really impressed me. They aren’t chlorinated or bleached, which is how other manufacturers produce their white rolling papers, so I feel much better about that. There really is no substitute for material quality and purity, especially if you have to inhale the product you choose. As for the burn, I’m not sure if it’s their crisscross watermark or the generally high quality of the paper, but I do notice that they burn more evenly than other brands out there. Finally, I like to judge papers on how they feel while I’m actually rolling one up. Some papers can give a thin, plasticy, thick, or otherwise awkward feel to the hand of the roller. Call me crazy, but the raw organic papers just feel nicer off the fingertips when you are executing the perfect roll. Find Raw rolling papers at your favorite retailer.

The Maui Wowie Bootube
Aloha, my new friend. Since I liked the organic roller papers that came in last week, I thought I would check out the other very organic item, the Bootube.

Made from a real piece of bamboo grown in Maui, the Bootube is really pretty solid (very) and I didn’t have to be so delicate when I was handling it like I usually do with a new glass piece.

Somehow I feel more at ease using it — I just wish I could see the smoke building up inside of it, but I got over that fast.

The bowl is glass and fits in the Bootube pretty snug.

My friends didn’t even notice it when they came over — which is good — but they actually like the wood-burned in logo that goes up the side.

Ricepipe
Get this: rice filters smoke to remove impurities, really. You have got to check out RicePipe next time your coughing (and trying to look in control) because I would of never of guessed that something so simple could work so well.

The rice absorbs and cools the smoke as it travels down the pipe — you can see it working. And when you do need to clean it, all the parts are washable.

I really like the simplicity of the RicePipe and that I can keep using it over and over after a thorough cleaning and replacement of the rice — and it fits in my pocket.
