A 16-year old boy was pulled over in a Mercedes in WI recently and police could immediately smell marijuana. It turns out he had 4 pounds in the trunk along with some cash.

A 18-year old was also in the car and will be charged. According to the police, people in this age group transporting marijuana is common, and they make a ton of cash doing it. They can thank inflated prohibition-era prices for that.
