Why Regulate Marijuana Like Wine In California?

In this video you will hear some concise, concrete reasons marijuana should be legalized and regulated. In California they have chosen wine as the legal product to model regulation on, but most legal substances can be used as models. Employees from Budweiser and Coors aren’t out killing each other or selling their product to minors; drug dealers are.
The same goes for wine makers and grape growers. And the reason is that these people work out in the open, under a legal framework that has lowered prices to the point where gangs and cartels have no reason to enter the market – there is no money to be made for them and they can’t compete.
