Regular readers of The 420 Times might be familiar with State Senator Jeanne Kohl-Welles’ recent attempts to regulate medical cannabis and allow dispensaries to operate legally. Recreational legalization will also be on the ballot this November in the state, and that may be what it takes to finally get full access for medical marijuana patients.
