Man Faces Life In Prison For Recording Police In Public

As we’ve reported before, many police officers don’t like to be recorded in public. For whatever reason, some officers will react to the point of putting someone in jail for daring to tape the police in a public place.
Twelve states currently have wiretapping laws that are being used to prosecute people for recording law enforcement in public places. What do these people have to hide? We already give the police tremendous power, should there actions also un-witnessed and unaccounted for?
In the videos below is a news report about an Illinois man who is facing life in prison for recording police in public – his specific story is mostly in the second video.
Without the use of a camera, what is left to stop police from doing anything they want?

“WE” need to Break the Walls down in the Jail he is in. Some Injustices need Brute Force NOT through the “Legal Process”. Then WE should be able to have POLICE arrested for Wiretapping! If not, smash their cruisers electronics with sledge hammers!
They don’t want to be recorded because they love to commit crimes and not have to answer for it.
They rather see whole families carried out of homes in body bags and kiss a child molester while patting them on their backs for doing a good job destroying children’s lives and their families.
Another reason they’re jerks is because of this…

HOW ABOUT WE THE PEOPLE MAKING OUR OWN LAWS AND ARRESTING ALL COPS AND THROW THIER CROOKED ASSES BEHIND BARS.
Probation officers are the real dishonest folks in today’s society…stealing one’s medical marijuana and keeping it for themselves. DRUG TEST ANYTHING WITH A BADGE ON IT. When a bad cop dies…an Angel gets it’s wings.
