Will Indiana Legalize Marijuana?

We won’t know the answer to that question anytime soon, but today the debate began in the Indiana state house as a subcommittee heard testimony from both sides of the issue.
Notice the guy in the news report who is against legalization; he presents his uninformed medical opinions in a very factual manner.
