Last night we told you about a bill that will be introduced in the United States Congress today, intended to get the federal government out of marijuana prohibition and let the states decide the issue for themselves. One of the bill’s sponsors, Texas Congressman Ron Paul (R) spoke on The Kudlow Report last night about the bill and his reasons for co- sponsoring it with Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank (D) and others.
