Why has no one else responded to this. Are they frightened of discovery? I agree with all of the 42 reasons and would fully support change in legislation on a global basis. I can afford to say this because I no longer use cannabis and therefore fear no retribution. Incidentally I stopped because of my addiction to cigarettes!
