I managed to get my hands on some Purple Kush recently, not an easy thing in Kentucky. My PK clocked in at $25 a gram, but was well worth it.

The Kush smell was potent when it was still in nug form, but as I began to break it up the odor became quite powerful and the hairs inside my nose began to tingle. Long before it was lit, the smell dominated the room and lingered long after the PK was gone.

The tingling made its way down into my body as the bowl was passed around. PK is a heavy indica and the body high lets you know you have been Kushed. It was especially heavy behind my eyes, and the high itself was a good 90 minutes.

The taste was very Kush-like and it also lingered for a bit after the hit. It’s not something I would get all the time but for someone who is used to mids, this PK was a special treat.
