Seattle Officials Want Hempfest Moved

Officials in Seattle – worried about Hempfest’s massive size, and I suspect it’s reputation – want the cannabis festival moved from its current annual location. Finding a spot for 200,000 people won’t be easy to say the least – but I’m sure if Seattle decides they don’t want Hempfest anymore, there will be plenty of cities lining up for the opportunity to be the host.

Hempfest has to move. 200,000 people don’t FIT in Myrtle Edwards park. I didn’t make it this year, but last year it took over an hour to make the crawl 1/4 mile from the entrance to the HighTimes Booth. And 4:20 was locked solid. If an ambulance had to make it to the main stage, it wasn’t. No Way. I saw Vivian McPaek that day and his main headache was crowd control.
Seattle ain’t gonna give up the ‘fest, don’t ya all worry. We need a bigger venue!
Not ONE arrest!
