Los Angeles police need your help in locating 27-year-old Raymond Lemone Easter, a suspect in the murder of Matthew Butcher. Easter was charged with murder and attempted murder on August 3, 2010, and is currently being sought by police.

Easter is 27 years old, 6’1″ tall, and weighs 170 lbs. He several identifiable tattoos: a Rolls Royce “RR” emblem on his outer left forearm; “F” on his left tricep; “T” on his right tricep; “R Rated” on his left arm; and “Ice Cold” on his right arm.

If you can provide any information regarding the whereabouts of Easter, pictured above in 2009 and 2010, respectively, please contact the LAPD: (877) ASK-LAPD. His vehicle is reportedly similar to the one above.

Butcher, 27, was gunned down on June 24, 2010, while working at The Higher Path Holistic Care Collective in Echo Park. Matthew Butcher was the son of Julie Butcher, a well-known L.A. labor leader.

You can contact the following detectives regarding this matter: LAPD Deputy Chief David Doan (Detective Bureau), LAPD Detective Dennis English (Robbery Homicide Division), LAPD Detective Jay King (Robbery Homicide Division).

One suspect has already been taken into custody — 31-year-old Daniel “Scooter” Hinton was arrested and has been charged with murder and attempted murder. He is currently being held without bail and is awaiting trial.

A $50,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the remaining suspects.
