Start Your Day Off Just Right!

Fuel your day with a healthy breakfast!
Oatmeal
INGREDIENTS
2 cups oat groats, soaked in filtered or spring water overnight, discard water before use
1⁄2 tsp. vanilla
3-6 dates, pitted and soaked
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
salt to taste, sea salt or Himalayan
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Can add a little water (about 3⁄4 cup), but the consistency should remain thick. Stir in fresh or dried fruit of your choice: bananas, strawberries, raisins, etc.
Almond Nut Milk
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almonds, soaked in filtered or spring water overnight, discard water before use
2 cups water, filtered or spring
2-3 dates, soaked in filtered or spring water until soft
1⁄4 tsp. sea salt or Himalayan
vanilla and/or cinnamon (optional)
Place the almonds and the water in a blender, blend until smooth. Take a large bowl and place the nut milk bag inside the bowl. Pour ingredients from the blender into the nut milk bag. Squeeze the milk from the bag directly into the bowl. Pour milk back into the blender and add other ingredients. Pour a little over oatmeal.
Triple Berry Yogurt
INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 cup coconut oil
1⁄2 – 1 cup cashews
2 tbsp. Agave Nectar
1 1⁄2 cup water, filtered or spring
salt to taste, sea salt or Himalayan
1 handful of each (frozen or fresh): strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until perfectly smooth. If the consistency is too thick add a bit more water.
