Jan. 11, 2010 — Today the New Jersey legislature approved a bill that would allow the medical use of marijuana. The bill only awaits the approval of Governor Jon Corzine, who supports the bill, before becoming a law.

The Legislature on Monday approved a bill that would make the state the 14th to allow chronically ill patients access to marijuana for medical reasons.
Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine supports the legislation and could sign it before leaving office next week, making it law.

Being a Medical Marijuana Patient living in California, I have seen Law Enforcement Agencies disregard the law and violate patients right’s… Know your right and remember that no Law Enforcement Agency has the right to deprive you the right to possess your Medicine… We are now 14 States Strong , Now it is time to demand that each remaining State (36) Legalize Marijuana allowing us the Compassionate Care we need and deserve to live peacefully ….
