BREAKFAST DRINK
POWERFUL PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
2 cups spring or filtered water
Small handful of frozen or fresh blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, and 1 banana. Please make sure your fruit is organic. You can also use whatever fruit you like.
2-3 tbsp. Nutiva Raw Organic Hemp
Protein Powder.
1 tbsp. Nutiva coconut oil/butter.
1 tbsp. olive oil (cold pressed)
1 tbsp. raw organic fl ax seeds.
2-3 tbsp. raw agave nectar (sweeten to your
liking)

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You can add a handful of ice into the blender if you prefer to have this cold.

MORNING GLORY GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS
1 banana
1 apple
1 orange
1 persimmon (if available)
1 lemon (juiced)
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunfl ower seeds
2 tbsp. raw coconut fl akes
1 tbsp. raw fl ax seeds
1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt or sea salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
5 medjool dates (please soak in spring or fi ltered water for about 15
min. if not soft)

DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse chop to a medium consistency.
Strawberry Puree
1-2 cups strawberries (fresh)
Place in food processor and blend until smooth. Add a little raw agave nectar if you want to sweeten. Add this topping to your granola.
